Full policy lands in W7. In short: the beta form stores your email and an optional monthly-volume answer — nothing else. Cookieless analytics only, so there are no tracking cookies and no consent banner. Data is hosted in the EU.
Invoices you submit for verification. If you use invoice verification, the raw invoice document (XML) you submit is stored as part of your audit evidence — the response returns its hash and a storage reference. Counterparty personal data that an invoice may contain is processed only to perform the verification you requested, and is held in EU storage. This is a distinct data category from the beta waitlist above; full retention and processing terms are set in our forthcoming policy.
